The following is a Terms of Use policy for Loyalpaws.co

This Terms of Use Policy is to outline and disclose the terms of use of www.loyalpaws.co (“Company”, or “us”, “our”, or “we”)

Anyone (student” “user” or “you”) accessing https://loyalpaws.co/ (the “Website”) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Website. The materials contained on the Website including but not limited to Online Courses on the Website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of any downloadable materials in the online courses on the Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials or Youtube links;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website;

Any one who does not follow the Terms of Use Policy will be terminated from any course enrollments. The Website has discretion at any time, without addressing reason, for terminating anyone from a course on the Website.

In no event shall the Website be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website.

Loyalpaws.co and Loyal Paws Dog Training are not responsible for the outcomes of your training resulting from the online courses or other services on the Website. We cannot guarantee outcomes, and are not responsible to any damages and losses that may occur during or after use of the courses on the Website. This includes medical and vet bills.

Revisions

The materials appearing on the Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Website does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The Website may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The Website does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Website of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access; means you will gain access to the online course content on the website as long as it remains on the website. If it is taken off, the “life” of the content has ended and therefore you will not have access to the content. Lifetime Access may end for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: Course content Change, course being discontinued, website taken down.

Payments

Appointments

If you have booked a service with Loyal Paws – we require Payment on the day the service is going to take place, before the service starts.

e.g. Mary booked an online consult for 12pm on May 2^nd 2020. She must pay on May 2^nd before 12pm.

Mary could send payment at 1130am – but payment needs to be accepted before the service can begin.

Training Programs

There is a non-refundable $15.00 deposit when buying any training program. This will go towards the payment of the full service at the end and is due before receiving a program outline. If you cancel it will not be refunded to you. Full payment of a training program is due within 72 hours of receival date, must be accepted by Loyal Paws before Program is sent to client.

Online Courses

You may make payments for our online courses by clicking on the enroll button on any available course, and choosing one of the available payment options.

If you wish to use E-transfer instead – click the manual payment option and I will email you further details for your username once payment is accepted.

Terms of Use Changes

We may modify and change the Terms of Use Policy at any time, without informing any user of the Website. Please do your part to periodically check for updates. By using the Website you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
