We do not offer any refunds for any services that have already taken place.

Online courses

Loyal Paws.co is currently not accepting refunds for our online courses.

Appointment Based Services

We do not offer refunds for an appointment-based service that has already taken place.

If you cannot make an appointment, you may reschedule and no further rescheduling fees will apply.

If you wish to cancel an appointment – it must be 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled.

Training Program & Other Services

If you have ordered a personalized training program – we will accept cancellations up to 3 days before the training program deadline.

When you order a training program you will get a date on which you will receive the program. If you wish to cancel it needs to be 3 days before this date.

E.g. Mary ordered a Personalized training program on April 25^th. She got a receival date of May 5^th. Her last eligible day to cancel is May 2^nd.

Any Services that requires a deposit – the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation. Please contact us with any concerns and we will gladly answer your questions.
